Terms of Service
Last updated: May 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Project Early Exit, including joinearlyexit.com, the member dashboard, creator tools, and the private community (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Project Early Exit. It provides a paid membership that includes a member hub, creator tools, educational content, and access to a private community.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a membership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Membership, billing, and renewals
- Memberships are offered on a monthly ($10/month) or yearly ($100/year) recurring basis. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused access. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@earlyexitplan.com and we will review it in good faith.
5. Community rules and acceptable use
To keep the community valuable and safe, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff.
- Post spam, scams, or unsolicited promotions.
- Share your account, membership access, or paid materials with non-members.
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly post content from the member hub or community.
- Violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for members who violate these rules, without refund where permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its content — including courses, frameworks, tools, and materials — are owned by Project Early Exit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own use while your membership is active. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
7. No guarantees
Project Early Exit provides education, tools, and community support. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, subscriber growth, or business outcome. Your results depend on many factors within your own control.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe, Discord, Google, and YouTube. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Early Exit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and provide notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
