Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Project Early Exit (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit joinearlyexit.com, create an account, or subscribe to our membership. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your email address and, if provided, your name, when you sign up or check out.
  • Payment information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe provides us with billing status, plan, and the last four digits of your card for support purposes.
  • Connected accounts — if you link Google or Discord, we receive your account identifier, username, and (for Discord) your server membership so we can grant your member role.
  • Content you provide — YouTube channel URLs, saved ideas, and other data you enter into the creator tools.
  • Usage and device data — basic log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the membership, community, and creator tools.
  • Process payments, manage your subscription, and send billing-related messages.
  • Grant and manage access to the member dashboard and Discord community.
  • Respond to your support requests and communicate important service updates.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share personal information only with vendors that help us operate the service, and only as needed for them to perform their functions. These include:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Discord — community access and member role assignment.
  • Google — optional sign-in.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the service works.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain records as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@earlyexitplan.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material breaches where required by law.

8. Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
